Change of CircumstanceIncrease loan approvals by reducing the amount of time it takes to receive updated fees and documentation with Linear's Change of Circumstance service. A common request such as a change in circumstance, more specifically a loan amount change is a perfect example of the value these integrations bring to the lender. When a lender changes a loan amount in its system, the change is pushed to Linear's system via XML. Linear's system will instantly update title fees and documents then push them directly to the lenders system. These documents will attach directly to the lender's file in their platform. This one situation eliminates time consuming phone calls and e-mails therefore allowing lenders to gain a competitive advantage through increased production.
The following outline gives a high level overview of the typical process of integrating Change of Circumstance into your system. This process is estimated at two to three weeks from Initial Call to Go Live.
Initial CallLinear's Software Development team will be on this call. It is greatly beneficial to the timeline to bring your IT team and any project developers into the call. The initial call will give us a chance to understand each other's technology and determine a more detailed timeline for the integration process.
Begin DevelopmentOnce the initial call is complete, Linear will deliver a full web service implementation guide to your developers and provide assistance, as requested, to implement the technology on your end.
Beta TestingOnce coding is complete, you will be provided a user name, password and a test file number to begin sending test changes to work out any bugs in the process.
Go LiveOnce beta testing is complete, changes can be submitted on live files. Live requests will be heavily monitored by Linear for the first two business days to ensure that all requests are received intact.
