Technology Infrastructure
Our primary production servers are housed off site, at a Tier 1, SSAE 16 Datacenter located in Andover, MA. Additional servers are located at the Middletown, RI facility providing 99% up time using failover technology. The company’s core infrastructure is built using MPLS technology, which provides secure transmissions between each office and the datacenter allowing maximum productivity for all locations.
Security
Our corporate infrastructure is protected by an enterprise class firewall which provides the first layer of Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Antivirus and Spam Filtering. This added layer protects company documents, end users and company systems from being compromised. All company servers are accessible only by Linear’s IT Team.
A secured website provides clients with the satisfaction of knowing all documents are sent and received with the most secure technology available. Virtual Private Network connections are used for any and all outside access regulated and monitored by Linear’s IT Team.
