We received the title work, tax certificate, CPL, and wiring instructions from your company within 48 hours. We were able to upload our investor easily and submit our loan to underwriting. That loan closed within 3 weeks from origination to funding, which is amazing!
The loan assigned to the local attorney was not so easy! It took 10 days to get the title work because she mailed it to us. Then we had to ask her for the CPL and wiring instructions. She had to fax them because she did not have a scanner. For everything we received from her, we had to scan and upload it to our investor. That loan did not close for 5 weeks and I lost my lock-in rate. When the loan disbursed, she brought me all the paperwork to send to the investor! Your company takes care of all of this for us.
