Tim Picard started at Linear in December of 2012 in our Escalations department. During this time he learned all aspects of the company and had an excellent rapport with the clients. In September of 2013 Tim joined the Default Title department. His attention to detail is impeccable. Also, his ability to adapt to the many changes of the foreclosure world and products has made Tim a valuable employee of Linear. Tim is both patient and understanding when it comes to assisting Linear's clients, as well as fellow employees. Tim is also the first face you see when you enter our building. He is always there to greet you and our guests with a smile.
