Meet the Team Bio! This week we are presenting Amy Padilla, RI Auction Title Specialist!
Amy was born and raised in Fall River, MA, where she still currently resides with her husband and son. After graduating from BMC Durfee High School in 1999, she earned an Associate Degree in Office Administration from Bristol Community College. While in college, she also took some legal classes and studied business administration.
In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, shopping, and hopping on the back of her husband’s motorcycle. Amy loves spending quality time with her son, and enjoys watching him continue to grow into his own little person. She likes to take him to the park, or even just watch him play in the yard while he learns to walk and tries to figure out what everything around him is. She and her husband are very competitive. This is especially evident while playing tennis, video games, and watching sports: Amy is a Patriots/Bruins fan and her husband is an Eagles/Flyers fan. Her inspiration is her son, Xavier, as he gives her and her husband the strength to keep on going and try to better their lives. Her son definitely makes life a fun adventure. She says that his smile is worth everything that she has to work for, and she couldn’t imagine her life without Xavier.
She started with Linear Title and Closing in May of 2010 in the Title Department. In the same year, she moved into the Curative Department and learned all aspects of curative, with a focus in the Subordination Department. She has also trained in the TX Abstracting queue, and is currently part of the Auction Title team. She has enjoyed learning within different departments and loves her co-workers!
Thanks for sharing Amy!
