Stephanie began working at Linear in June of 2012. She started off in the Curative department, handling anything and everything HOA. Stephanie’s positive attitude toward her role, co-workers and clients made her a perfect fit for the Escalations Team. Here, she continues to excel, providing the best customer service possible with each interaction and has developed a great rapport with our clients. She is an anchor member of the call center and is crucial to our success.
Stephanie is responsible for taking ownership of incoming calls and clearing out her email queue daily. She has also played a critical role in helping track and monitor our progress with reaching team goals. Her upbeat approach has gained her multiple internal employee compliments and she has even been told that people can “hear her smile through the phone”!
