Performance Title’s Ashley Ready is the perfect example of what a true leader is all about. Ashley became a member of Performance Title’s Recording team in December of 2011. In this role, she diligently worked to improve recording operations, which led to a significant reduction in rejections and improved turn times for customers.
Over the past year, Ashley helped to streamline the flow of actions and she created a comprehensive training manual for new hires. Recently, Ashley was promoted to the position of Recording Team Supervisor. She is excited to lead the Recording Team and enjoys working with such a dynamic group.
Ashley is being recognized for her outstanding attitude and willingness to do whatever is necessary to ensure that customers are happy.
