Congratulations to Iesha Colon, MCM Closing Specialist in Linear’s Rhode Island Headquarters for bei
In October of 2014, Iesha joined the Linear Team in the Refinance Closing Department. She came from a banking background with little title experience and has quickly exceled in all facets of title operations. In April of 2015, Iesha transitioned to the MCM team as a Closing Specialist.
Over the course of her time with MCM, she has grown into a well-rounded default closer. Iesha rallies the team when necessary and also jumps into other department's queues to assist with refinance actions to give them a boost.
Iesha goes out of her way to help train and bring knowledge to others. She exemplifies the ideal Linear employee, goes above and beyond the requirements of her position, and is well deserving of this Employee of the Month recognition. Iesha, Linear is proud of your exceptional achievements
