Nadia started with Linear in the Closing Department in December 2014. Prior to joining the team, she had over 10 years of experience in the title industry. Nadia quickly learned the ropes of Linear operations and became a valued member of the Closing team. In 2015, Nadia took over the BPO trainer role and handled the Closing Department's communication in that area. Nadia's abilities to quickly respond to client issues via email and speedily resolve escalated files made her a strong asset on a team where timing is critical.
In her new role, Nadia supervises the team that handles the East Coast region of closings. Nadia continues to help us refine our closing process and increase turn times across the board. We're very excited to have her in this role and look forward to her continued growth and success!
