Matt started with Linear in 2010 and has held positions throughout the company during his time here, including Title, Call Center, and Client Services, making him a diversified member of Linear’s management staff. Matt is also a licensed Massachusetts realtor, who closed 6 transactions last year, giving him an even wider view of the industry.
As a Client Relationship Manager, Matt has developed strong relationships that have allowed Linear to excel as a vendor. He has also worked closely with operations teams to ensure we are hitting turn times and that the appropriate processes are in place to make us successful in the eyes of our clients.
In his new role as the Client Services Manager, Matt will continue managing client relationships, as he does today. In addition to his current responsibilities, he will also take on oversight of Linear’s Call Center, where he will be tasked with integrating a more client service focused approach.
Matt’s comprehensive knowledge of our whole process, including what is important to our client, will align Linear for continued success moving forward!
