Congratulations to Francesca Healy, Post-Closing Funder in our Rhode Island office
for being selected as the Employee of the Month for September 2017!
October 6, 2017
Frankie has been a key player in Post-Closing since she joined the team in November of 2016. From day one, she hit the ground running and has continued to impress everyone with her tremendous follow-up and attention to detail. One of Frankie’s best qualities is her unwavering willingness to help out her teammates, fellow coworkers, and our clients. Not only does she assist with a smile, but she always sees things through until an issue is fully resolved.
Frankie has played a crucial role in the training of new hires in the Post Closing department and continually sets a great example for everyday production and how to handle escalated issues. Most importantly, she always maintains a positive attitude, which continues to help her excel within the team. Frankie is a true super star and works her hardest every day!
Frankie, thanks for boosting morale and always being such an A-player!
Here’s some of the great feedback we received about Frankie:
"Frankie has been a major player in the success of post-closing. We've seen major changes over the past few months and she's been a key team member the entire time. She's flexible, positive, extremely productive, and always willing to assist both our team and every other team here.”
"Frankie is the definition of an A-player. She works hard, provides great service for clients/borrowers, and is willing to help everyone. She stays until her job is done and never pushes a task onto someone else's plate. She loves learning new things and has the best morale of anyone on the team. She has been a great role model for new hires on our team and does a great job of training them. She is one of the best employees here!”
"Whenever I have an issue file at closing that may bring more issues in Post, Frankie is always there to take on the file. She always has a positive attitude when taking a call or email, even when she knows it'll most likely be a ‘headache file’! She is a great team player and wicked funny on top of it!”
