Keith Camara, ResWare Administrator & Operations Support

Keith joined the Linear team in July of 2012. He was hired as a Specialist in the Post Closing Department and his ability to quickly learn and master complex concepts allowed him to thrive in this role. Throughout his career in the Post Closing Department, Keith grew into new roles from Team Lead, to Supervisor, and later Department Manager.
In his Post Closing roles, Keith was skilled at identifying trends and process flaws and was able to implement operational changes to create efficiencies. Keith's problem-solving and risk decision-making expertise have been crucial to the success of the company, and are what made him such a great candidate for his new role a ResWare Administrator & Operations Support.
In Keith's new role as a ResWare Administrator & Operations Support, his responsibilities will include utilizing ResWare's capabilities to develop enhanced automation and streamlined operational processes.
Keith will be communicating directly with the Department Operations Managers to identify what their process needs are and how those processes may affect other teams throughout the organization, to prevent and eliminate any operational flaws or gaps. Keith will use his production knowledge to ensure a prompt response to requests regarding creating and updating ResWare processes, by minimizing common IT questions and concerns to speed-up implementation.
When questioned about what Keith enjoys most about his new position he shared, "I have enjoyed learning ResWare from behind-the-scenes. I also enjoy the constant challenge of learning something new. Coming from a production background, I feel I have picked up my new tasks fairly quickly and efficiently, and hope to become a true asset to the IT/Admin team." Linear is pleased to have Keith in this new critical role and is confident that his initiation of operational improvements will contribute to the company's future success.
