Our primary production servers are housed off site, at a Tier 1, SSAE 16 Datacenter located in Andover, MA. Additional servers are located at the Middletown, RI facility providing 99% up time using failover technology. The company's core infrastructure is built using MPLS technology, which provides secure transmissions between each office and the datacenter, allowing maximum productivity for all locations.

Linear Title & Closing has successfully completed an audit in accordance with the SSAE 16 SOC 1 auditing standards. The audit was conducted by an independent SSAE 16 auditing firm, and consisted of an in depth analysis of its technology infrastructure, business processes centered on technology, and operational and accounting policies and procedures.
